Precision Forging
From Raw Forged Blanks to Assembly-Ready Aerospace & Turbomachinery Components.
Scalable High-Precision Forging Network

Leveraging an audited, certified forging supply network integrated with our in-house 5-axis CNC machining and rigid QA systems, Masco Precision delivers end-to-end forged and machined solutions. From rapid prototyping to high-volume batch production, our scalable capacity supports complex geometries and heavy-duty structural parts without capacity bottlenecks.

• Forging Weight Envelope: Capability ranging from precision small-scale forged blanks (from 1 kg) up to heavy-duty components (up to 5+ tons).

• Dimensional Envelope: Large-diameter ring rolling up to 1.5 meters; shaft and disc forgings up to 1.6 meters in length.

• Supply Chain Agility: Seamless integration of raw material procurement, rough forging, heat treatment, and precision finishing under a single point of accountability.

Our Forging Capacity
Forging Process & Technical Expertise

We select the optimal forging method based on part geometry, material behavior, and stress distribution requirements. By precisely controlling the forging ratio, we ensure continuous grain flow alignment along the part profile, significantly enhancing dynamic fatigue resistance and structural integrity.

Open Die Forging (Free Forging): Ideal for heavy shafts, thick rings, custom blocks, and low-volume/prototyping runs.

Closed Die / Precision Forging: Engineered for complex near-net-shape components, minimizing material waste and subsequent machining cycles for high-stress aerospace and turbine parts.

Seamless Ring Rolling: Specialized process for turbine casings, nozzle rings, flange connectors, and dynamic rotating rings, guaranteeing uniform density and isotropic mechanical properties.

Heat Treatment & Metallurgical Control

All heat treatment procedures are executed in compliance with international thermal standards, including AMS 2750 and CQI-9 furnace uniformity specifications.

Core Thermal Processes: Solution Annealing, Precipitation Hardening / Aging, Quenching & Tempering (Q&T), Normalizing, and Stress Relieving.

Controlled Atmosphere Furnaces: Computer-controlled temperature uniformity ( furnace temperature accuracy of ±5℃ to ±10℃) ensuring precise microstructural transformation.

Specialized Quenching Media: Automated water, oil, and polymer quenching systems tailored to minimize residual stress and distortion in superalloys and high-strength steels.

Specialty Surface Treatments

Forged components operating in high-stress turbomachinery and aerospace environments demand specialized surface engineering to prevent dynamic fatigue, fretting wear, and environmental erosion.

Shot Peening (Controlled Stress Enhancement): Precision mechanical shot peening compliant with AMS 2430 / AMS-S-13165 specifications. Introduces compressive residual stresses on critical contours (such as blade dovetails, root radii, and rotor slots) to dramatically extend high-cycle fatigue (HCF) life.

Anti-Friction & Anti-Galling Coatings: Application of specialized coatings (e.g., Cu-Ni-In, MoS₂ solid lubricants) on dovetail contact surfaces to eliminate fretting galling under heavy vibrational loads.

Aluminide Diffusion Coatings: Vapor Phase Aluminizing (VPA) and pack diffusion processes that form protective aluminide layers for elevated-temperature oxidation resistance.

Materials Processed

We specialize in forging and machining high-difficulty, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant metals engineered for turbomachinery, aerospace, and energy infrastructure:Nickel & Cobalt Superalloys、Titanium Alloys、Heat-Resistant & Stainless Steels、High-Strength Alloys & Aluminum.

Quality Control & Partner Auditing

To guarantee uncompromised quality, every forging supplier in our network undergoes rigorous ISO 9001 / AS9100 qualification audits. All raw forged blanks undergo incoming quality control (IQC) and non-destructive testing (NDT) before entering our 5-axis CNC machining lines.

100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for internal flaw/void detection; Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) for surface defect verification.

Full Metallurgical & Mechanical Validation: Grain size analysis, room/high-temperature tensile testing, impact testing, and hardness testing.

Complete Traceability (MTR): Every shipped component is accompanied by official Material Test Reports (MTR / Mill Test Certificates according to EN 10204 3.1) detailing chemical composition, heat treatment logs, and NDT reports.
