Custom Policy
Our service policy is designed to ensure seamless project execution. Through flexible solutions, transparent timelines, and tailored process optimization, we provide a high-speed response and deeply collaborative partnership experience.
Custom Fabrication Process
1.Requirement Assessment
Customer submits drawings (CAD, DXF, PDF, or 3D models) with specifications for material, tolerance, hardness, and surface finish.
2.DFM Technical Review
Our engineering team conducts a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis to optimize processing plans and provide a formal quotation.
3.Prototyping & Validation
Sample Inspection Report (SIR) are provided before batcRh production to ensure alignment with design intent.
4.Packaging & Logistics
Anti-static, anti-rust, or vacuum packaging is applied based on part characteristics to ensure safe global transit.
5.After-Sales Service
We are dedicated to maintaining ongoing communication with you and providing continuous, responsive after-sales support.
Service Policy & Commitments
1.Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All technical drawings, process requirements, and business information provided by the customer are confidential assets. Disclosure to any third party without written consent is strictly prohibited.
2.Defect Remediation
Should a verified processing defect be confirmed, we guarantee to complete the rework or remake within the specified timeframe and covering the associated shipping costs.
3.Design Responsibility
We are responsible for processing strictly according to drawings. Failures resulting from inherent design flaws or data errors in the original drawings are the customer's responsibility.
4.Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, raw material shortages, international shipping strikes) but will proactively assist in resolution.
