Laser Cutting Service

Multi-Material, Versatile Thickness & Extreme Accuracy

Our laser cutting capabilities

We specialize in high-precision thin-sheet processing, dedicated to solving material deformation and thermal impact challenges through advanced laser technology.

  • Thickness Range : 0.05\mm – 4.0mm

  • Ultra-Thin Processing : For 0.05mm ultra-thin materials, our core thermal control technology ensures edges are free from deformation, scorching, or carbonization.
  • Precision Thin Plate: Within the 4.0mm range, we achieve smoother cross-sections and a significantly smaller Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ) compared to conventional methods.

Gas-Assisted Cutting

In laser cutting, assist gases do more than just blow away molten material; they are essential media for controlling physical and chemical reactions.

Utilizing 99.999% high-purity Nitrogen as an inert shielding gas to displace oxygen during the cut. This completely prevents the formation of an oxide layer, ensuring the kerf of stainless steel and aluminum reflects its original bright finish, eliminating the need for post-process pickling or polishing before welding or plating.

Custom Fixturing

The ultimate challenge in thin-sheet processing is not “severing” the material, but maintaining “flatness.”

Specially designed precision clamping fixtures ensure materials remain perfectly flat throughout the process, preventing distortion at the source. Furthermore, for complex geometries, our fixtures feature dedicated cooling channels that utilize structural design to facilitate rapid heat dissipation, fundamentally solving the issue of thermal warping in thin sheets.

Rigorous Inspection

Every component is inspected via AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) or 2.5D Vision Measuring Systems to guarantee strict dimensional tolerances.
